How REBON Growth Agency handles personal data sent through this website.

Who we are

REBON Growth Agency is a sole proprietorship registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK 42133840), at Friesestraatweg 155, Unit 41, 9743 AA Groningen, the Netherlands. We are responsible for the personal data described here.

What we collect, and why

When you use the contact form we receive your name, work email, and, if you add them, your company, role and message. We use these only to reply to you and to discuss a possible engagement.

The legal basis is your request to be contacted, and our legitimate interest in answering it.

What we don't do

• We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this website.
• Fonts are served from our own website, so loading a page sends no data to font providers.
• We do not sell or share your details with third parties for marketing.

Who processes the data

Form messages are delivered by our hosting and form provider, which processes them on our behalf. Links to YouTube and WhatsApp open those services, which apply their own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

We keep contact messages for up to 12 months after our last contact, unless they lead to an engagement, in which case the usual business record periods apply.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use. Email startpoint@rebon.co or call +31 6 3826 9299. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
